From HVAC to janitorial, and from roofing to landscaping, we do it all.  We are a “one stop shop” for property owners and property managers. 

The company owners are Kevin Sands and Ryan Roberts.  Both Kevin and Ryan have experience in customer service, business management, and real estate. 

Kevin Sands holds a bachelor’s degree in information systems management from Regents College of New York. 

Ryan Roberts holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in entrepreneurship from Fresno State. 

FM1’s general operations manager is Jason Saelzler.  His years of experience as a fire fighter help him to meet the emergency response and clean up needs of our customers.
