From General construction, HVAC or electrical, and from roofing to landscaping, we do it all.  We are a “one stop shop” for property owners and property managers. 

Kevin Sands - President; is a licensed general contractor, and holds a degree in business from Regents College of New York. Prior to starting FM1 Kevin was a linguist in the U.S. Navy, worked with the consulting arms of Andersen Consulting, Deloitte and Touche, and worked on many project endeavors locally with Health Net, Hewlett Packard, and Intel.

FM1 currently supports facilities in the Greater Sacramento region.  We are a general contractor (California Contractors License #901422).  

Our general liability policy has a coverage of $1 million per occurance with an aggregate of $2 million and an additional $5 million umbrella policy.  Our insurance coverage allows us to work for homeowner’s associations (HOA’s). 

FM1 was founded in June of 2005 and started with 4 employees.
